A highly efficient project that will combine APAH-contributed land and pioneer LIHTC hybrid (4%/9%) financing; leveraging $37M in housing tax credit equity plus $20M in state bond financing.

The project includes a new, eight story concrete building atop 3-levels of structured parking, a community room for resident programs, 13 Type-A accessible units, 10 units designated for Permanent Supportive Housing, a new playground, roof terrace and 229 new apartment units.

KGD worked closely with the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH), the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) and the Arlington County Department of Community Planning-Housing and Development (CPHD) through the Entitlement Process, Master Planning, Base Building and Interiors.
